About the Project:
TT&L's largest project to date. Brought in as an early design-assist trade partner, the team constructed an in-place mockup in the Beaverton shop before detail work was locked. That mockup surfaced alignment issues that were resolved before mobilization on site — a substantial time savings for the design team and the shop drawing phase.
The project consisted of over 65,000 square feet of custom-fabricated metal wall panels produced at the TT&L shop, over 90,000 square feet of custom roof panels, and over 450,000 pounds of custom-color sheet metal ranging from 24 gauge to 18 gauge. All material was purchased in a single production run to ensure color consistency across the entire project.
Custom roof panels were run onsite using TT&L's custom roll former, enabling long lengths — in some cases running directly onto the roof structure. The roof assembly included standard R-40 insulation and nail base, and at flat deck areas, a mechanically attached tapered assembly was installed.
Additional scope included ACM panels, a custom ACM shelf, mechanical mezzanine grating, and louver installation.

We come in early, fabricate in our shop, and install on the job site — or ship anywhere in the U.S. The earlier we're at the table, the more we can do.
