Built to Work
Across Materials —
Not Just One.

Metal, ACM, HPL, and fiber cement — sourced, formed, and fabricated in one shop,
with the equipment and stock to keep projects moving from design through install.

WHAT WE WORK IN

Most projects don't come down to a single material — or a single type of work. A school might combine standing-seam roofing, fiber-cement panels, and custom stainless gutters. A commercial facade might layer ACM with painted steel, while a residential project might be entirely copper. We work across all of it — metal, ACM, HPL, and fiber cement — forming and fabricating each material in-house, from exterior envelopes and roofing systems to custom architectural details and specialty fabrication beyond the building skin.

Each material has its own design considerations, length limits, and specification tradeoffs. We'll walk those through with you up front, then fabricate to your spec.

ALWAYS EXPANDING

Architecture keeps changing — new materials, tighter envelopes, and custom profiles that didn't exist five years ago. Much of that influence is coming from Europe, where architectural metal traditions run deeper. As those ideas show up in Northwest projects, we invest in the equipment and supplier relationships that let us say yes: a CNC router for composites, expanded coil stock to cover the gauges and finishes most often specified, and direct relationships with the manufacturers architects already trust. If a material is showing up in design development, we want to be ready to fabricate it.

CUSTOM COLOR & FINISH

Custom color is handled at the source. We purchase material directly from the manufacturer, in the exact gauges and finishes the project calls for, locking in a single production run before fabrication begins. That's what keeps color consistent across roof, wall, and flashing — even on large or phased projects.

On our largest recent project, that meant 450,000 pounds of custom-color steel — from 18 to 24 gauge — ordered up front in one run before any panels were fabricated. The finish held across two years of production and every elevation. That level of consistency isn't possible when material is sourced in batches.

Stock colors are available in smaller quantities. True custom colors are possible with minimum production runs, depending on the material and manufacturer availability.

COIL & FLAT STOCK

We hold more than 300 coils and over 100 flat-sheet pallets in rack storage at any given time, across stainless, aluminum, copper, zinc, and painted steel in multiple gauges. That depth keeps custom-color and custom-profile work moving without waiting on supplier lead times — and on long projects, lets us secure the full material order up front and stage it months ahead of fabrication.
