Bring Us In.
Before It Gets Expensive.
We step in early to catch the problems that would otherwise surface in the field —
and carry the work through fabrication and install.
WHY BRING US IN EARLY
The earlier you bring us in, the more we can save you — in cost, time, and rework.
During schematic design and design development, everything is still flexible: the drawings, the details, and the budget. That's where we deliver the most value. We can build a full-scale mockup of your panel system in our shop before anything is finalized, catching alignment issues and constructability risks long before they show up in the field.
Because once a crane is on site, every problem turns into a line item.
We work through the details early — adjusting gauge, fastening patterns, and break shapes — making small, strategic changes that preserve the design intent while removing six figures from the project cost.
"An architect can say, 'I drew this funky shape. I have no idea if it will work.' That's the benefit of choosing us. We're a custom shop. There are really no limitations."
Lauren VanDomelen,
Operations Manager (Third Generation), TT&L Sheet Metal
WHAT WE BUILD
Everything we fabricate is built to the project — not pulled from a catalog.
Custom Architectural Panels
Wall panels, soffit, and fascia, designed with the architect and fabricated on our 26'4" Jorns Twinmatic Pro 200.
Standing Seam Roofing
Custom-formed long-length panels, including built-in stainless steel gutters with tapered fold.
Composite & Specialty Panels
ACM, fiber cement, and HPL panels routed in-house on our 7' × 18' AXYZ CNC for custom shapes and sizes up to 16-foot sheets.
Custom Flashings & Trim
Long lengths, custom profiles, color-matched to project specs.
Roof Overlay Systems
Mechanically seamed roof panels, NewTech roll-formed in our shop or onsite when the project requires.
Long-Length Copper & Zinc
Custom fabrication and installation, with crating and national shipping when projects extend beyond our regional reach.
Gutters, Scuppers & Collector Heads
Built-in stainless gutters, custom downspouts, and custom scuppers.

HOW WE WORK
1
Design Engagement.
Bring us in during schematic design or design development. We review the specs and identify where cost, constructability, and sequencing can be improved — before those decisions are locked in.
2
Shop Mockups.
For complex panels and unusual envelopes, we build full-scale mockups in our shop. Architects can walk through alignment, finish, and detail in real space — before anything reaches the field.
3
Material Procurement.
Long-lead and custom-color materials are ordered up front. With 300 coils and 100 flat-sheet pallets in storage, we secure material ahead of fabrication, ensuring consistency project-wide.
4
In-House Fabrication.
Every panel, flashing, and piece of trim is fabricated in our Beaverton shop — giving us control over quality, sequencing, and schedule.
5
Field Installation.
Our crews install in coordination with framers, masons, glazers, and roofers — catching issues early and preventing costly callbacks.

WHY WE'RE BROUGHT IN
We're not always the lowest number — but we're often brought in early, and brought back again. The reason is simple: teams know what they're getting.
- Continuity that carries through the job. Three generations, one shop, and crews that stay. The same people who start the work are there to finish it — even on projects that span multiple construction seasons.
- Capacity to take on complex work. $10M single / $15M aggregate bonding, with the backing to handle projects many sheet metal subs can't.
- A trained, reliable workforce. Our BOLI Registered Apprenticeship Program with the Northwest College of Construction keeps a steady pipeline of skilled fabricators and installers coming into the trade.
- Crews that know the standard. Many of our team members have been here for a decade or more, with multiple families working side by side. That experience shows up in fewer errors, tighter quality control, and work that holds up in the field.
