Custom Architectural Panels, Fabricated to the Design

TT&L Sheet Metal fabricates and installs architectural wall and panel systems for commercial buildings and select custom homes. Our Beaverton shop works with architects, general contractors, exterior contractors, and homeowners to produce custom panels, profiles, trim, and transitions that meet the design and construction requirements of each project.

From individual components to complete exterior panel systems, TT&L combines precision fabrication with the experience to coordinate complex architectural details.

We work from architectural drawings, panel layouts, specifications, and field measurements. For projects with unusual geometry or appearance requirements, TT&L can also help develop profiles and mockups before full production.

Materials, Finishes & Fabrication Capabilities

TT&L works with architectural metals, ACM, HPL, and fiber cement, with materials, colors, and finishes selected according to the project's specifications.

Our fabrication shop includes long-length CNC-controlled folding equipment and a large-format CNC router for cutting architectural panel materials. These capabilities support accurate dimensions, consistent profiles, and repeatable components across both small custom orders and larger projects.

Shop mockups can also help architects and project teams evaluate how a panel's geometry, fastening details, and finished appearance will work before production begins.

Fabrication & Installation

TT&L works with customers who need individual panels or components fabricated for installation by their own crews, as well as project teams seeking coordinated fabrication and installation.

For larger architectural projects, our team can participate in design coordination, panel layout, material selection, fastening details, and installation sequencing. We also fabricate specialty panels, trim, and transitions for contractors handling their own installation.

Custom shop orders can be arranged for Beaverton pickup or nationwide shipping, depending on the components. Installation is available for appropriate projects throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Experience With Custom Architectural Panel Systems

At the HP technology campus in Vancouver, Washington, TT&L fabricated more than 65,000 square feet of custom metal wall panels. The project involved complex geometry, detailed coordination, and shop mockups that helped refine the panel profiles before production.

At the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth, TT&L worked with the design team to develop custom wall panel profiles and mockups. This early collaboration helped evaluate the intended appearance and fabrication requirements before the panels were produced.
